No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. This contest (“Contest”) is organized and sponsored by Layer22 (“Sponsor”). The Contest begins on November 7, 2025 at 00:00 UTC (Greenwich Mean Time) and continues indefinitely until a verified winner is determined (“Contest Period”). Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. The Contest is open worldwide to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, except where restricted or prohibited by local law, regulation, or sanctions. By entering, participants affirm that they are legally permitted to participate and to receive cryptocurrency prizes in their jurisdiction of residence and that their participation does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and for providing accurate, functional, and lawful wallet addresses. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entries or prize distributions blocked, restricted, or invalidated by legal, regulatory, technical, or custodial factors outside its control.

To be eligible for any prize, accurate registration is required. All players and teams must register correctly using the official form provided by Sponsor to qualify. Teams may be formed after the game has begun, provided that a new registration form with accurate and complete information is submitted. Participants must have an active Telegram or Discord account for official communications and verification. The most recent registration form submitted within six (6) hours of contest completion will be considered final for prize eligibility, to prevent any single participant’s attempt to claim or misappropriate another’s prize. Failure to complete or accurately fill out the registration form may void prize eligibility at the discretion of the Sponsor. All entries must be properly completed in full. Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries may be void.

This Contest is a skill-based competition; winners are determined solely by merit, such as solving puzzles or completing designated tasks, and no element of chance determines the outcome. Sponsor’s determinations regarding eligibility, results, and winners are final and binding. Only one (1) player or team will be awarded the grand prize, consisting of the greater of (a) one thousand U.S. dollars (USD $1,000) paid in USDC or USDT. Additional prizes may be awarded at Sponsor’s discretion to subsequent participants or finalists following the determination of a grand-prize winner. The winning team will be announced 6 hours after a confirmed win and successful prize distribution. There may be additional consolation prizes for subsequent winners. All prizes will be distributed manually to valid crypto-wallet addresses provided by verified winners. Sponsor does not custody, escrow, or store prizes on the website. All transfers are final and irreversible once sent. If prize transfer or delivery becomes impossible, unlawful, or blocked by network failure or third-party restrictions, Sponsor is under no obligation to substitute or compensate.

Sponsor reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant, withhold prizes, or void the Contest entirely at any time and without prior notice if Sponsor suspects cheating, exploitation, tampering, system manipulation, coordinated abuse, inaccurate registration, or any conduct that compromises fairness or integrity. Sponsor may also void the Contest, cancel results, or withhold prizes in the event of technical failures, data corruption, blockchain errors, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. All decisions by Sponsor are final, conclusive, and not subject to appeal. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the Contest website, infrastructure, or communications channels will operate without interruption or error, and expressly disclaims any responsibility for downtime, loss of connectivity, or data loss.

Sponsor collects only minimal information necessary to administer the Contest, including contact details and wallet addresses, which will not be sold or shared and will be securely deleted after prize distribution. By entering, participants release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from participation, network failures, smart contract errors, or receipt or use of prizes. In no event shall Sponsor’s total liability exceed the actual retail value of the prize offered, and Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Participation is voluntary and entirely at the entrant’s own risk. Sponsor reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Contest or these Rules at any time, for any reason, without liability or prior notice, including in the event of force majeure, technical compromise, or unforeseen regulatory change.
